Had some fun with my muzzleloader black powder since I got her. Took a young sambar and fallow doe first couple of weeks with it and spent the last month chasing the big heavy 12pt red stag that gave me the slip last year. Finally caught up with him couple of weeks ago but already cast.

@Luke.S she's going great, pointing Roos left right and centre. So far two indicates on deer. Just kicking into her arrogant phase. If your ever in aus feel free to come along for a hunt with me and show me a few things about training though :) saw your big boy on sika hunting page on Facebook yesty, awesome stuff mate.

@Uplandstalker it's an inline so moisture isn't near an issue like in caplock or flintlock. I shot the sambar in pouring rain. Unloading isn't that difficult but a bit of a pain, if I'm hunting for a few days I just remove the primer and leave the charge in there of a night time.
If you don't like cleaning though definitely don't buy one. There's lots of it.
