4 or 5 yrs old but won't be surprised if found to be 4 yrs.
4yr from me , he’s in great nik alright and he has had a good life by the looks as well ,nice brow tines with matching little spurs , can you post a pic of the head front on by chance , you will be keeping that venison in a special corner of the freezer I bet
Yes, quite a few. And due to the location many were not aware of the 'Stranger danger' mantra that should be second nature for Sika. Had a couple of young'ns come across a face to see what we were talking about, and only squealed at us when they got to about 10m![]()
No howling at the moon please

yip that is unusual alright...but his genetics came from both a mum and a dad....so will have siblings around with same genes...... good place to go look for decent head in a few months..the meat hunters wont have shot them all...lol. good on you, enjoy the venison.

What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!
Rule 1: Treat every firearm as loaded
Rule 2: Always point firearms in a safe direction
Rule 3: Load a firearm only when ready to fire
Rule 4: Identify your target beyond all doubt
Rule 5: Check your firing zone
Rule 6: Store firearms and ammunition safely
Rule 7: Avoid alcohol and drugs when handling firearms
Might have to get someone to score it. For comparison here's my 2012 195DS jap head:
