I use to do a bit of adventure riding on a DR650 in West Oz, another toy to add to the list. Going to need a bloody big shed when i finally buy a house.

Could you ride a pushbike down the beach at low tide ok?
The sand is good to ride on if you get on the beach on the outgoing tide so it is still wet and firm. There are some spots that are softer than a soft thing when the sand is dry.
Crossing Big River, the sand and river move and change all the time. Sometimes, you can cross with a vehicle at the beach front/river mouth in inches of water.
other times, the lagoon is the safer shallower option.
Good low tides are essential for safe vehicle crossings, but yes, we have seen Motorbikes, Quads and even a Honda City down there.
