    Great vid KG.

For those who aren't aware, when the hind nuzzles the fawns rump/base of tail like in the vid, it stimulates the fawn to suck.

Ewes do the same, and when trying to get a lamb to suck off a bottle or its Mum, you can stimulate the lamb to suck doing the same the thing with your finger on the base of the tail.

    Nature is great.

    Cheers.

She looked to get a bit pissed off when he was bunting her for the second or third time to get more milk out.

Quite annoyed I was too slow setting up the camera to get the Chamois feeding as well...

Another reason, the hind analyses the crap and the produces antibodies in her milk to eliminate any parasites.
If hand rearing a young fawn, you need to rub from the tail downwards either side to make them crap while feeding. After a couple of weeks they will start crapping on their own.
    Eating the crap is optional.
