Superb, better than any venison I've eaten, but it did take an Argentinian pit master 6 hours to cook!
Its a slow process..... I once did a sheep on a spit for a mates wedding, took me most of the day and plenty of green bottles.
Hell I'm no Argentinean master but it tasted smashing [emoji41]
