    A quick overnighter

    Went in yesterday for a 2 night trip. After a leisurely 3 hour walk in to camp, I dumped the gear and took off up a handy Creek. It was about 6:00 pm. The overcast skies made it seem later than it was. Perfect conditions.
    After 30 minutes or so the dog started to go into sneak mode. A few seconds later I saw a stag standing across the stream. The dog was stopped and I lined the stag up and dropped him. I released the dog and headed towards it. Just then I saw a second stag in the creek. Still feeding WTF??? Definitely not wise to humans. Luckily for him I had my hands full so he got a free pass.
    Dog is going heaps better. Just need to keep getting out as much as possible.
