What grade of petrol would a 2 stroke motor (motorcycle) use?.

I use to use 91in my RM250, found it ran cleaner and fouled less plugs.

    What sort of motorbike mate?
If your talking a modern mx bike I'd use nothing but 98 and the best synthetic oil you can afford.

The mud bug won't care at all mate, any sort of petrol will be fine.

if an older mudbug avgas is better just needs a bit of a retune as avgas still has lead in the petrol.

yep as they didn't want problems with all those old piston engines in small planes also fuel is good for older cars pre 1980.

yep, just dont use avgas in a modern vehicle (4 stroke/ rotary ) as the lead destroys the catalytic converter

Those mudbugs are bullet proof, just use the cheapest fuel and normal 2 stroke oil and it'll keep on going.

I once ran out of fuel on the farm and found a vintage tin of thinners in a pump shed nearby, put it in the mudbug and away she went again haha
