One was quite bad through a grommet that hadn't been replaced properly and was distorted, so they all got RTV treatment, but others was running down the wiring loom, so put a belly in the wire and RTV were they went thru. Another thing to check also is the AC drain. Surprising how much water comes out of that unit when working, and worst case is heater radiator leaking, but you can smell and see coolant. I also had some rust repairs done along top of windscreen, they all go along there at some stage
all the bash plates etc tight?
Have a good look at the isolators/engine mounts/trans mount/body mounts - they don't last forever and most spanner chuckers don't think to look at those. Vibrations can be a bugger to track down, but you can have them running down a chassis rail and entering the passenger space via the body mount...
Water leaks are a bit like vibrations, can be coming from a blocked weep hole a long way from where they are pooling in the thing.
Give it a good waterblast down the left side below the windscreen fascia area, if the thing has done a lot of gravel road driving the drains below the windscreen into the guard/wheel arch area can get choked up and that can allow water to pool enough to get to pin clip locations and the like rather than running away fast enough not too leak inside. Might even need to pull the inner guard off a bit and waterblast up into the top of the guard where it meets the screen drain and fascia trim area.
Had a Nissan Primera once that we took a 20L bucket of crud and dust out of the left front guard - that stopped the leak into the car!
If after this time noise is still there, just crank the radio up.
I’ve got the same model and now mine has started making same noise very annoying

Still haven’t found the nose had the auto sparky look at it and he thinks it’s coming from the gear box tunnel any ideas? Cheers

Would need to hear it to find it
Could you record a video and post it? Does it change with rpm or road speed at all?
