Thread: 2nd hand bike advice

Hey team.
Following my move to Wellington I am keen on minimising my Ute usage as a commuter vehicle. I have decided to finally get my moto licence and keep the truck for the weekend adventures it was intended for.
However i simply have no idea what to look out for in a second hand bike. How many KM is too many? I will possibly have $4k odd for my first bike, though I haven’t really started looking. I have been recommended the RE Meteor 350.

I will aim to book my basic handling test in the next wee while, then do the learners test, need to get a decent helmet first though
