Again , why?
Maybe a better option - windows open, a few litres of petrol inside, a lit match, and a walk away.... saves on sorting the hoses.... and driving it :)

Since we haven't seen a photographic evidence of completed job I snuck around and took a photo or two over the fence :ORLY:
Least u guys did it yourself, I got the landcruiser done when it was getting winch /front bar / spotlights and 2inch lift done, snorkel costs more to fit than all the rest :ORLY::wtfsmilie:
All went together pretty well. All joints put together with heaps of sealant.

i dont have a snorkel i usually jump in and check the depth before driving in if in doubt its worked so far
Yep logical for most people, I think most do it for looks. I'm through deep water all the time, and class a snorkel as cheap insurance. That being said, if you actually look into snorkels and their purpose, Safari in particular have always maintained that their snorkels aren't for deep water crossing, they're for getting cleaner air to the motor in dusty conditions...
Nice job @gadgetman they're a good truck those bighorns. I always install my own snorkels, the two times I haven't, they weren't even 100% sealed!!!
awesome:cool:
