Thread: advice on using solid Ali rivets

Can you just re-set the rivets rather than replace them? I've got a mate who's an aircraft engineer for Air NZ, he's made me a couple of bits from aircraft grade aluminium riveted with solid rivets, I could ask him if you like? After all, they still use them on planes!
