Due to my current living situation for the foreseeable future I am limited to something that can fit safely on roof racks due to no where to keep a trailer.
My mate reckons a 12ft tinny would fit ok and I'm not so sure. It is longer as the yaris it's going on top of. Does anyone have one I could put on my roof racks to see how it drives?
A 10ft would be fine and would be ok with 1 man.

I think you'd be better off with a modern inflatable like TrueKit.
Probably be too wide for most car racks anyway ,12footer that is.

Wouldn’t it be easier to mount the Yaris in the12 footer and deploy it to land at your destination :)

My father in law's.......... :on fire: Yaris has a tow bar so stashing a 10-12 ft tinny and the trailer by the side of the house would be viable as I'd have something to tow with. Don't think my new boss would be keen on his ute towing a boat ha.
