Thread: D-Max LS vs Hilux SR5 2025/26

For the first time in my life I'm buying a brand new vehicle, the old'd22 2003 navara is not cutting it anymore e- I've narrowed it down to D-Max LS vs Hilux SR5 2025/26 4x4 wellside.

Both have available good aftermarket mods - I will be modifying the vehicle with a 2" lift, winch/bar and snorkel.

Driven both - I prefer the interior of the D-max to the hilux - toyouta haven't changed the layout/design of the hilux for years.

I'm aware of most of the common issues with both vehicles from forums etc.

Can you still walk into a dealership and haggle over price or is it better to ask for extras and pay full retail - towbar/tray liner etc?

Any recommendations feedback gladly received.
