A question for those knowledgeable of such things. I haven't asked my local Ford dealer yet but I'm pretty sure they would want to charge me a hefty cost which I would like to avoid if possible.
This Faulty Tyre Pressure Sensor light has been showing for a couple of weeks but the tyres are properly inflated so I suspect the sensor battery has died and a new sensor is needed.
Do I have any reasonably priced options for scanning to find the faulty unit, obtaining a replacement and having it synced to my vehicles computer ? I'm not too bothered if a replacement is an aftermarket rather than Ford branded item, unless there's some huge disadvantage.
Any thoughts, suggestion, recommendations much appreciated, thankyou.
