Still can’t see a capri?
I see a bumper actually both bumpers.
Ow my eye...
I see trouble in the foreground, and a classic in the background.
No good to me
I'd break it
Or die trying
haha i hear ya, i just flew up to otaki yesterday and managed to get 15km before i broke it (ford focus) and then i had to get it transported to Christchurch

hasnt been a good ford built since the 70s..... and none of those were built in england
I own quite a nice Ford and that is not correct.
I'm also in possession of (I wouldn't be brave enough to say own) a set of the other things in the picture, which have been around since 1987. The items and their support system have given me no grief whatsoever. I'm allowed to buy whatever guns I like.
I'm smart enough to not do anything to rock the boat.
Its the last line in that post I've always struggled with
well mazda is nearly a ford so this is as good a place to post as anywhere.
in ashburton at moment in caryard is a mazda B1600 ute for sale $7500
so what?? you say...
well both Dad and older brother owned them when I was starting primary school and Im turning 52 this year.....if that isnt holding its value for a motor vechile I dont know what is.
the sth africans got it right when they dropped a v8 in the capri (so technically not english built) guess i just lament the days of v8s, carberettors and plugs and points.. and only a handfull of wires to power the whole vehicle ....... at least you could work on them on the side of the road . on a side note we have 2 capri bodyshells at work frying to make one good one out of the 2...... both are pretty goosed (been used as race cars in a past life and also rotten as) the owner has a third which we are wondering is worth using
You could beat a Chrysler from the Petone plant, the girls ran a knock shop in the back of a truck at lunchtime, same on the night shift at Dunlop Upper Hutt, that time it was the ladies making the tubes, French chalk everywhere. As they say”Stick with Dunlop”
4 FORDS in our shed, wifeys '69 Mercury Cougar, XH XR8 ute, EF XR8 sedan and '87 XF Fairmont with a 400 & C6. Used to be a Holden bloke back in the younger days....til I saw the light.
