Thats the earlier models. After 2012 its not required. Different injectors.
And its the injector seat that leaks not the O rings.
The 45k thing was introduced to check valve clearances, which means the injectors have to be removed and oh look you have to replace the seats and seals.
That procedure was later changed to "audible inspection" from 2012. Wonder why....? ��
