Never done it myself but following with interest... My 23yr old 4 stroke will probably die one day and I die a little inside every time I look at the cost of replacements.

What in particular are you looking for?

Have imported a few specific spares from the US... but if you are looking to import a "Name brand" I expect it will be tied up in dealer agreements and territories.

I know where there's a Suzuki DT200hp V6 4 stroke outboard, with all controls and cables.
Only issue is one bore has had a ring break, score the bore and knock a piece out of the piston.
Would need a rebore, new pistons, rings, gaskets, etc.
Seller wants $400 for the lot - depends on how DIY you are.
Spares are available but I've no idea how expensive the repair job and spares would be or where you'd get them.

Anything reliable between 40 and 90hp!
