Right I've tried 3 products saying they remove Oxidation . My last effort 3 hrs of "wax on ,wax off " would have made Mr Miyagi proud . Washed it & better but still dull . Any recommendations . Should I visit a panel beater supplier . Im thinking real course cutters ? Can I cut through the gell coat and damage it ? . Thanks in advance Munsey
Is it paint you are trying to remove oxidation from, or is it from a clearcoat layer overlying metallic paint?

GM is on to it. I've used a cutting compound & wool buff same as car painter used for top coat buff job. Maybe you can hire a buff etc, make sure it's a proper buff with slow rotation.
You sure did , unfortunately its not grunts enough . I went to a panel beater supplier , he's sold me a straight cutting compound thats the shis apparently ($$$$$) Got no wax or fillers . Then ill go with your 3m product over top to protect itQuote:

The only product we used when I was boat building was as Maca49 said - Grunt , it's good stuff it brings old gel coat back to life.
