On Road Rip and Tear
G'Day Fella's,
Well this is not quite what this thread Is Really For but I thought you may be interested!
Attachment 408
A mate of my brother Mick has been building Hot Car and of more recent times, this has included Hot Harley's also for a very long time (Locally)!
Peter Pulford put this road registered Turbo-ed S&S engined bike together himself for a play thing/drag bike!!!
He designed and made the Frame, worked out what he needed to do and built the engine and and most of the other bits, then put it on the Dyno in his workshop.
Last run Pete squeezed 280 Horse Power (at the back wheel)!
He still thinks he can get 300HP out of the engine!!!
And remember, this beast is road Registered here in Canberra!!
Double Doh!!

02 and earlier I think it was that had no speed limiters, later models are speed limited to 300kph. I had mine up to 285 down the straight at teratonga and always slowed down more than I needed to going around the loop.
Standard they will lift the wheel at 160k, I had mine lift at 200k over a slight hump in the road..... nearly had to change my pants (nearly)
