    Sea Nymph 14.6 / v13

    I'm looking at a boat for Lake Taupo 90% and Tauranga Harbour for the rest.

    Not really wanting to spend more then 9k, I've seen a few on TM that look nice (some with pretty new motors) but does anyone have first hand experience of the V13 model? I like it for its simple size (ie not needing 70+ HP) and plenty of room for 2 people. Any help would be great

    Picked her up in the end, 13 foot Sea Nymph with a 50hp Etec motor, bimmi, new interior, lowrance 5x elite colour fish finder and a Navman GPS.
    Goes well enough for the lake - couldn't go any bigger motor wise for that size imo and its GREAT on gas too.

    Cheers guys, Yeah the motor is a 2005 iirc, its got plenty of puff for me as a first boat. When out this morning and the weather was stunning. I put the bimmi up, definitly worth the weight in gold

    I do how ever need to learn a few fishing spots.
