Big Bang Buy Back Boozy Barbecue Bash

What do you reckon fellahs? A coordinated get together all across the country to curse the government and bemoan our losses. I suggest Saturday 28th September as it is the closest Saturday to the initially suggested end date of the amnesty period. I am happy to host a gathering in the North West of Auckland but am also happy if someone in a more centralised location wants to offer a venue. Mates, meat, mead (ale) and merriment.

You’re a good bloke @Rushy for putting this out there.
I’m penciling this in my diary as we speak.

I'd host one, but I'm a fair way out of town, so might have to come to yours, @Rushy. Look forward to meeting you and a few other members. Happy to bring fresh homekill and bevvies, as long as Waikato isn't compulsory.

Nah @Survy, despite the anti-vaxxers, I've had a needle that kept me safe.

You would be very welcome but she is a fair trot across town from Waiuku to Woodhill. Waikato is not compulsory but is highly recommended.

Dont plan to spend too much, the campaign to minimise any "compensation" appears to have started with the gun buy back blamed for delays to the promised Nelson fires recovery payments
