Hi Hennie, sounds like an interesting shoot, rather similar to the Taupo Big Balls but on targets without visible score lines. Not what I would call easy.

I see one position is "bipod allowed". Is a pack / sandbag OK ? Would you have to leave the bipod attached for all stages ?
5 shots in 15 sec is pretty hard with a bolt action, specially as most hunting rifles only take 3 or 4 shots !
Can you tell us what sort of size the scoring ring/zones are ? Most centerfire shoots are inward gauging with 8mm but this shoot with outward gauge using the bullet diameter would give an advantage to .22 cal if the score zones were at all smallish. Is there a special high scoring headshot zone or something ?
I know you're a top marksman yourself; have you seen anyone close to a perfect score on this sort of shoot ?
