Hi @Rushy We have no Idea what the head count will be but assuming 8 to 10 good keen Forum Member
For entertainment i though we could either
Take a road trip up round the lake's. Twizel or Tekapo for a light lunch back through the Haka to Kurow mid afternoon. or a trip out to a hut on a station i have access to for a fry up this will depend on the weather and how many 4x4's we have (This is not a hunting trip)
    See you Friday

Thanks for the update Harry, I am very relaxed about the whole thing so will go with the flow. If all else fails we could simply have a a pie, a pint and a good natter. I haven’t been to Tekapo for five decades but still have fond memories of digging a bunker in the snow and cursing the fucking rocks. And having to ask someone to piss on my hands to free them from the metal work of my SLR. North Island numpty had no idea about real cold.
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!

For a moment I had visions of Rushy hanging a few forum members heads as trophies in his gun room and needing the exact number to calculate how much wall space would be needed.

Yeah well might not be able to come.
A friends special needs child (16yrs old?), just passed .
He is a bit of a space cadet at present as his cousin died of cancer last week as well but seemed to think the funeral would be this weekend.
    To be confirmed

Going to have to throw a yak on the roof and make a video while down there on Saturday. Oscar has helped me get back on the water and given me encouragement. He has recently heard that his bone cancer is back and we know how crap that is (RIP Toby). I've never edited a video before but up for the challenge.
