    18650 Li ion 4- 5000mAH batts

    Since I have been using 18650 batts they have gone from 2400ah too 5000mah.
    Has anyone used these newer versions? Do they last longer or something?
    Or are they just the same

    don't believe the huge claims of these manufacturers/retailers. Ask Mudgripz. You'll be lucky to get 3000mAh from any of them.

    If they claim to be anything higher than 3100mAh then they are just fake chopped up laptop batteries. I had a black and gold trustfire pair that claimed to be around 4000mAh and all they did was blow up my headlamp the 2nd time it was used.

    This site has a review of the different 18650 batteries if you want the real quality ones
