Thread: AA batteries are not all equal

I grabbed a pack of Energizer Max Plus (not Lithiums) while at Bunnings today.
The will not load into one of my led torches that is good as gold with Energizer heavy duty etc.
When I try to push the battery cradle into the torch tube, it is such a tight fir that not only will the cradle not go in, but the outerskin of the battery gets scraped of in the process .
