    The Roman palm series would be one to look at in that price point, I've got a palm visa and have been pleased so far. Has kept me warm in the west coast whilst it's been snowing. What comfort rating are you after? To get a rugby ball size bag and cold weather performance you really need to look at down filled bags, they get pretty expensive.
