    Boot innersoles

    Can anyone recommend a good innersole
    For there boots my Lowa give me sore feet from the hard soles.

    I use 'formthotics' that you can get from physios etc, moulded to your feet. They are great.

    I’ve used $50 or so type gel inners, but will be talking to a physio or similar about something better once the lockdown is over

    yep, the ones where you wear thin socks, heat up the insoles inside your boots and get your feet in and laced up quick.
