Thread: Buying Fishimg and Hunting gear in Alaska/ Canada

As @fawkes said, Cabelas and Bass Pro are definitely worth a look! But allow yourself plenty of time, at least a full day, hopefully 2, cos there is way to much to see before you start buying. I found the best places to look for decent gear was in the fishing/hunting shops in the towns outside of the major centres. Lots of bargains, and priced about the same as here until you find a bargain, some of the second hand stuff can be an absolute steal.
