Talk me into or out of spending $399 on a limited edition Olive one for a work and hunting pack.

Just put less in a bigger pack. That way when you sack a big stag you have ample room for meat.

Can fit a surprising amount of meat in a Miklat if you bone out the back legs on site... Huntaway is somewhat bigger again.

Use whatever you are already using and spend $400 dollars on a dirty weekend with the girlfriend

It will be worth it, later in the relationship they tend to not be so keen on dragging the winch rope threw a stinking stagnant bog so you can get home

Sounds like I should put it towards a winch

Delivery "early April" so might arrive while you'd down here...

If its what you want, get it. I think that they look the near perfect day and overnight pack. And the colour sounds nicely understated.
