I have the same one. Works ok. I mince a lot of rabbit meat and all the membrane clogs it up more than the whole front half of a deer would.
Can't complain considering the price.
Easy to clean as well.

What would you say about this meat mincer?
some quite sturdy alloy ones at topmaq
That's the same design as the one I've been using for a while now.. does the job.
Chunk and chill the meat first, goes through the mincer much better when cold.
Try and take as much silver skin and sinew off beforehand.
Oh and don't put the 'stainless' bits in the dishwasher..
I bought one of them to do the paua for my wedding. Ran a shitload of semi-frozen paua through it in a fairly short space of time no dramas. It isn't the most sturdy thing ever but for home use doing a deer every now and then I can't see it having any problems.
If I was to show you my meat mincer and person who operates it - you prob shoot me for cruelty
All the suggestion are appriciated will you share me best store in New Zealand where we buy meat mincer and different other more products with low prices.
Thanks
lloks to be running same gear as the George Foreman one we picked up at Christmas....try the triangle cutting blade for mince with some guts to it...decent chunky style not just mush.
too much store where we find items in Newzealand. But only few of them which provide us qulaity products at low rates. https://www.treasurebox.co.nz/ is also one of them which i saw last week when i bought a meat mincer which have good results.
yup I have one of these mincers the same as the O.P works just fine, defiantly not industrial grade but I have minced a few deer through mine and it works a charm.
as already mentioned chill the meat and cube it for best results, and make sure the blade is in the right way around too (only did that once...who needs instructions)
I minced up some red Venny offcuts the other day and only added a bit of pork cheek I got from the local butcher along with salt and black pepper.
Best Venny burger patties I have made so far.
Rabbit goes well with a bit of pork fat as well.
