Thread: Compact Sleeping Bag for under $400

How about a Roman Palm IV.
I get on in the bottom of my 35 ltr pack for light overnight trips. rated to +5 C. Us it for summer tent & hut stays.
Probably no good if you are tall or larger build. I'm 5'10 on a good day and a little rounder than I would like.
Suites me fine. Mate who got one before me is 6'2" and found it too short, hence he got cold as he could not get his head down inside the bag and hood without it getting tight.
I then save my down bag for winter or autum tent trips.
