I just use about a six inch non stick elcheapo pan on a aliexpress rocket type cooker. Ditch the handle off the pan and use my billy clamp to hold it. Without the handle the pan is way more packable.
And as Micky Duck says, to regulate the heat hold the pan and vary the distance from the flame.
I've had guys tell me that non stick pans a shit because the non stick burns off, while they are trying to unstick their meal from a thin Ali mess tin with the heat at full noise. And they wonder why the non stick burns off their pans.
