hi there I have checked with new Zealand post and there is no record of the package arriving in new Zealand or even leavening
Malaysia was it sent via sea post? or air?
    • liushan [Request]
    Dear Customer,

Sorry to have you wait so long.

We just get the feedback that your package still in transporting.

Due to the busy season, there has been a significant increase recently in outbound airmail traffic. This is causing slowdowns on many outbound packages.
Could you please wait for another few days? and if it still does not arrive let us know and we will follow up on it. (I am not mean to cheat you, just because the busy season, many packages will be delayed, maybe in this few days, you will receive your package ) so many customers received their package after 3 months waiting during this busy season.
Please don't worry, your purchase on DX is safe, we will resend or refund after confirm you package was lost.

Your help and understanding are much appreciated.

    Yours Sincerely,
    Customer Service

hi there thanks for your reply, however I am beginning to become inpatient this was shipped on 30/06/2014!!!!! that's over 8 weeks ago!! you say 7-10 days on your site so ok its busy season, so I can understand a small increase in wait times but 8 (weeks so far) is beyond a "significant increase" that's getting ridiculous (im sorry if that sounds harsh but I feel I have been waiting more than long enough) 1 will wait one more week but if it hasn't arrived by then can I please have your word that you will refund my money as im sure you agree that that would be fair thank you for your understanding darryn

    lets see what happens now

DX are one of the most shithouse outfits I've had the displeasure of dealing with. No customer services what so ever when you have a problem.

    Hmmm dx

I have bought over 500 led lights from them for rebranding and resale and found them easy to deal with until I had a bad batch of chargers, took over twelve weeks to sort out-forcing me to refund my clients who would have all much rather had the use of the lights.

Jeez Darryn you could have swum to Singapore and picked it up faster. I laughed when I read the poor disjointed English as that is how I recall most Singaporean's speaking. How feeble of NZ Post to put it in your letter box. They should have brought it to your door and helped you unwrap it. That is what the local postie does here (or at least that is what he said he was doing when I found him in bed with my missus) Ha ha ha ha

yeah was about $200 worth of torches and a charger also had 6 18650's which I think is why it took so long...... as they had to switch it to another courier as there normal one wouldn't take battery's on the aircraft that's when the (problems started) fuckin stupid really you'd think they'd have a warning about that possibility on there site 18650's are on trade me would of ordered there if I knew and just got torches off DX

NZ Post and NZ Couriers don't want to carry them now either.

    18650 batteries.
Buy laptop batteries from Cash Converters etc for $5
Usually one bad battery, 3-5 good ones, depending on size.

All so far have been Samsung protected, and vary from 2000mAh to 2600mAh.
