Arrrg. Never thought of that. Good heads up tho.

Keas and falcons might pose a problem in areas I want to use it.
Might have to mount a coaxial defence system on it.

You wouldn't want to leave it parked up with pesky Kea's around - would ya
I be surprised if Falcon or the likes would actually hit it (on intent) ????

Been interesting to see how you find it mate, the few times I've seen one used the deer reacted like it was a gunship coming in culling,
Lots of altitude helped but then ya couldn't see in any great detail.
Maybe these newer ones are quiter?

Won't use it to look at animals so much other than to confirm say a Bull downed in a risky area that has fallen out of sight.

More for scouting new country and flying around scaring all the Thar off the hill before the AATH guys can get to them

Yeah na. Bound to crash if they take you to mature bush.
Won't be using it to bother animals intentionally anyway.

Haven't seen that version yet. The most common seems to be the follow the receiver version.

When I was looking at them a few months ago I'm sure I read you can designate a target for follow mode, say a certain dirt bike rider. Was one of the main features over the spark that it can follow much faster targets?

I could however just be making shit up. Wouldn't be the first time.

No you're right. But varying reports on how well it works at speed etc.

You have a follow me mode which follows the GPS in your phone/controller or active track which will follow a subject.

Yeah I used the wrong terminology sorry. Active track is the one.
