    Easy with a .22 but not so easy with centerfire (steel case is almost impossible). leave a little of the powder in the bottom of the case and fill it with tinder or dry cotton (if you have any). The flaming tinder that comes out the barrel will light powder easily. It is obviously recommended to clean your barrel after doing this.
