Slightly too long to fit across my back seat from memory, and if you have a scope with tallish turrets on the side - parallax + windage - it can be a bit narrow and squeeze the scope a bit. Fine for normal hunting scopes though, as long as parallax and windage are both reasonably low profile.

Thanks mate. Seems like a good deal for the price. SCA case is the other option but does seem a tad overkill for me at this stage
