    Garmin Birdseye Problem

    Has anyone tried to use Garmin Birdseye today. It is very slow logging in to verify and even slower downloading. When the download appears to be completed it generates a message advising it has failed and gives an option to retry.
    Would one of you try to that I can confirm if the fault is theirs or mine
