    Garmin Birdseye Satellitle Imagery

I have a Garmin 62s and am interested if anybody has subscribed to Garmins Birdseye Satellitle Imagery.
Is it any good? worth the subscription etc.
    Cheers

First I have heard of it.
Be keen to have a look if it is not ridiculously priced and of high quality.

Anual subscription and it looks a bit long winded to load up. I think you can only select a fairly small area at a time.
Maptoaster has a satelite overlay feature as well, and it comes as part of the standard software.

Cheaper and better quality to download the HIGH RES images from LINZ.govt.nz, import them to something like GPS Trackmaker (free download) and Geo-reference the images and export to the GPS. Better than Google images.

Only downside is not all of NZ is available.

I'm still trying to learn my compass, but the bloody thing keeps changing direction when I walk.
