Aqua seal? Normally used to repair waders/neoprene.
Shoe Goo
ask a dry suit manufacturer, should be able to help suggest the right stuff. or youtube
Mate. Just had the same experience. I found the waders were that stuffed all the other seams leaked as well. Unless they're newer I'd bin them and start over.
I bought some breathable ones off AliExpress. So far so good and cost about $140.
My repair on the boots did work though, just the seams were gone as well. I used plane ol F2

Don't you just use the stuff for repairing bike inner tube punctures?
+1 for Aquaseal, what we use to repair holes/tears in wetsuits.
Suck it up and just cut the waders off and turn them into gumboots. Buy a new set of waders (Cheap enough) because what ever you do they will still leak, especially at the worst possible time.
I got me a tube of bathroom /gutter silicone when my original waders leaked along the seams.every seam got a bloody good lathering and it worked at treat .you can also get the black windscreen sealnt -Ijust fixed a hole in my inflatable boat with that shit and it dont move one iota.
