I have a milestone birthday coming up and thinking about getting a nice knife for myself. Something with a 7cm blade caught my eye. A 9cm blade is what I'm used to and happy with that length. I prepare animals using the gutless technique, mostly goats, occasional deer and pigs. It'll just be for animal preparation. I don't want to chop down trees with it or do a bad Rambo impression. So, what do you think about a 7cm blade?
