In the market for a new jacket after my one finally bit the dust. Huntech, Hunters element? Like the stoney creek long bush coat, and the stillwater? any ideas?

My Swandri holds water better than a bucket.

Get a Swazi Tahr Anorak XP if you're serious, Marmont preclip if you're weight conscious or do what I do & get a Hunters Element bush coat and pick your days well. Although that bush coat is great value for money, but I only go out in the tropical Kaimais.

My Bushbuck big 4 jacket (I think it is) is very good value and similar to the Swazi Thar Style and length at around $250 bucks on special from the bushbuck site. Never had any issues with it and its kept the rain out on some horrendous days 100ml in 12 hours stuff. Warm and I have a lightweight Anorak for spring/summer from ridgeline for just over a hundy.
