About LinkBackslooking at getting a new pair of hunting boots and at work i like my john bulls had few different types and there all been great, anyone here uses them for a hunting tramping boot ? if so what are your thoughts on em ? also one of those brands preferably as can get a good discount.

Na steel caps not needed better off getting a pair of boots designed for off track and at least waterproof. Gri sport are ok but get the more expensive models as their lighter ones might not last

yeah sorry i should have said the non steel toed boots they make, as otherwise i'd wear my steel toe boots but that would end in tears or bleeding toes

My bloody brother in law hunts in gumboots. He is the noisiest bugger you would ever hunt with. No surprise he has never been invited on any of my trips.

John Bulls are fine for anything . . . . bit of nugget and off to the wedding we go . . . . . then creeping round the hills looking for a venison . . . lol
