Thread: Is this a Kelly axe

Yeah not 100% sure if it's a Kelly. It's a great axe but having two Kelly's here as well as one marked the same as OPs ...it might be a Kelly but not branded as such.weirdly my one same as yours has been filed/ ground really hard giving it quite steep cutting edge about 20 mm to the shoulder,it splits much better than I thought it would. Nothing quite like a good quality axe that is sharp to make splitting a good job to do.
