Has anyone had dealing with this site before? there is a pair of $700 boots for sale at $149.50. its almost a too good to be true deal, so i thought id ask the knowledgeable people of NZHS. Is this a crock, or legit?

I think it came up a couple of weeks ago & the consensus was to avoid it like the plague, as you said it's to good to be true.

They could just be imported from a 3rd world country making it cheap. Why not email them and ask?
For example I bought a genuine copy of windows 10 Pro for $38.86 NZD because the "Disk" was destined to be sold in some Sh*thole part of the world. Its $350 NZD though the Microsoft store.

Looks faker than a fake thing. No 'about us', social media links just go to homepage rather than specific fan page.

Site registered in Germany, DNS in China. Verisign Seal is just an image, as is the Mcafee Secure symbol. No SSL certificate.

If you want to turn good money into nothing just like a night at the casino, it's the right site for you. Personally I'd not go near it.
