Kuiu StrongFleece Hybrid 260 Zip T Hoody opinions?

Keen to know anyone who has a Kuiu StrongFleece Hybrid 260 Zip T Hoody and what your thoughts are on this garment?

    https://www.kuiu.com/global/hunting-...gid=shirts-mid

I already have a bit of Kuiu gear and highly rate it but I'm keen for a mid layer item whihc can be worn like a jersey/outer layer and i like the idea of this garment.

I have one, only really use it for a Jersey around the house/casual. I would describe it as slightly over priced

The 200 Merino is a blend with polyester. I loved mine when i first got it. Light and warm. Still needed another fleece layer over the top of it though if it was cold. Wears out pretty quick though. Couple years and its thread bare.

Yeh the 200 is warm but the wind cuts through it, it’s a layering top or a summer hunting top.

Just described all of Kuiu, Sitka, Underarmor, Stoney Creek, Hunters Element, etc in one go there. Camo tax...

And, if you buy merino or NZ wool products, you're supporting Kiwi cockies. That's got to be a good thing.
Merino is mint as a mid layer but shit as an outer, just not tough enough. Fleece is the better material for outer layers
