Thread: Light weight packs with solid harnesses?

I have a Tatonka Lastenkraxe and seriously rate it
Very comfortable frame

I found the slipover pack unit squeaked too much so now I carry a weatherproof rollbag around 60litres on it and that works well with a few stretchies to hold it in place

doubles as a fine camp chair too

Man I used one of those frames to move some gear around in the bush and it absolutely stuffed my hips, didn't fit me at all

Fair enough, depends on your build. I don't know how freezer is built so it will be up to her/him as to what suits - I'm solid build and the Tatonka worked well for me - I gather that you are somewhat more lithe and svelte?
I'm thinking that good packs have wide waist belts but it's only a theory
