    Lowa Z-8S GTX Boots

    Hey team,

Looking for some feedback on these boots from those that have them, I'm looking at investing in a pair...

    Feedback appreciated in advance...

    Cheers Craig

Yep I've got a pair, they are mean, great boot actually, I used then in the tahr rut as I didn't really have any others to wear and they handled the jandle real good - will just use them for creeks, bush etc now and have some alpine boots for tahr hunting next year

Dont waste your time chasing every last fps, it doesnt matter in the real world, it wont make a difference, all it will do is cause head aches and frustrations. And dont listen to silly old cunts

Did you end up getting a pair @Double Shot?

I have them and they have been great! No need for breaking in and hold the foot and ankle well.

Yeah mate, got myself a pair, run them in a little and they are damn comfortable, I look forward to having good few days in the bush.

Mine are a bit loose on the ankle and tight on the front of the foot.
I was floating in the next 1/2 size up.
I guess I got go break them in a bit more.

I must have got lucky then, I measured my foot and sent it through to Lowa who emailed me my size as I wasn't in a position to get in to a shop and size up. They were bang on. Have since got a pair of Z-6S and I think I prefer them more, easy to get on and off, light and super comfy.

I took me old socks to H&F, put them on and slid the boots on, instantly felt very comfortable for me, had a good walk around the shop, then splashed out the cash..

The 2 times they have been worn have been very good, even had a jog down a track for 200m, very comfy doing that, not something to be in a habit of doing, that jogging stuff can be hazardous to ones health...
