I bought one of these blades a while ago.
I have done plenty of mutton and a couple of cattle beasts with it.
Even cuts through the neck when cutting down the spine as 400mm long.
Does a nice job easily as it is designed for it.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...835dfeef5a.jpg

I've used several meat bandsaw, the cheaper ones ie under a $ 1500 are a pain in the arse. You only have the blade come off a couple times while cutting up 1 animal than you give up and use a hand saw. My mate gas a butcher shop with a good band saw but it's still a job to clean.
Reciprocating saw is the way to go. Wipe the saw down afterwards and put blade in the dishwasher.
