MSA Sordin supreme pro-x with gel cups

Just a heads up for anyone that may be interested.

I purchased a set of these on eBay last month for $363 Oz delivered with gel cups fitted. Arrived inside a week.
    Cheapest I have seen anywhere.
    German seller iirc

Best electronic muffs I have tried and can be worn all day without any discomfort.
Make my old Howard Leight muffs no more effective than having rolled up tissue stuck in your ears.

When I was last out goose shooting I was impressed with how directionally sensitive they were.
You could hear both ducks and geese and where they were coming from well before they come into view.

You will have to look on eBay. I just checked and still the same price.
Look for the one at says free shipping.

I tried to link it but it kept coming up with my purchase page.
Might have been $363 kiwi now that I think about it as I use NZ as my location.

    Really? Sure it was me?

I am pretty sure I have openly rubbished them on here since I have had them. Horrible bloody things. At least mine ones were. Didnt fit properly and noise reduction was non-existent. I had to double up with plugs from the first time I used them.

Pretty sure it was my deformed head but I have a mate that complains of the same thing with his set.

I like the fact that the Sordins are waterproof in relation to hunting as well.
    Awesome bit of kit.

Ahhh... a set of earmuffs.... wasn't until I read your 3rd paragraph that I realised what you were talking about.

My initial thoughts were some kind pricey super bra with gel inserts..

Must of had something else on my mind....

Has anyone tried these ones ? They seem like they would be more comfortable when wearing a wide brimmed hat etc but they could also be a pain in the arse. Thoughts?
