    New Bivie bag

    just got a new bivie bag , sort of a hooped one that you can shoot from .

    here,s some pics , its goretex , top & bottom , with insect screens as well .

    I donot think any will be interested as its bloody dear , I mainly got it , so as to shoot from it in winter etc , I paided 400 pounds for it , it has some neat features but is really too expensive for what it is .
    As to the brand , I have no idea , its called a " Observation Bivie " , and I think its been made for the military .

    It has a zipped entrance , fron , and back , and has insect screens front and back .

    It is goretex 100% , this means the top & the bottom are goretex , most have a goretex or similar membrane , on the top , and the bottom is not breathable , on bivies , you need both upper and bottom to have the expensive membrane , or you get wet from condensation .

    I found those googling a couple weeks ago, bloody pricey but look like amazing bits of kit.
